(We stand to say together)
We have come together as the people of God in this place as we offer praise and thanksgiving to God we remember also the life of Her majesty the Queen on this her Golden Jubilee. We pray for her and for the people of our nations and our local communities. Welcome(Please be seated)
A Verse from ScriptureThis righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. Romans Chapter 3:22-24
(please join with words in bold type)
Minister: This is the day that the Lord has made.
All: We will rejoice and be glad in it!
Minister: Loving God, we have come to worship you.
All: Help us to remember that you are here with us.
May we pray to you in faith,
sing your praises with gratitude
and listen to your word with eagerness;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
We pray for Elizabeth our Queen, giving thanks for her dedication throughout her reign: may she be blessed and strengthened, for members of the Commonwealth with whom we share this Jubilee: may we grow in understanding and respect, for those who bring healing and health to the sick and the suffering, for those who care for prisoners and refugees; that, through those who hear your call, your healing hand may be laid on the nations.

Confession
Minister: Let us confess our sins to God
God shows his love for us in this: while we were still sinners Christ died
for us.
Sure of reconciliation through the death of his Son, we confess our sins to
God.
God our Father, we come to you in sorrow for our sins,
For our foolishness and our thoughtless use of the gifts of your creation,
Minister: Lord, have mercy
All: Lord, have mercy
For our neglect of you, and our failure to care for others
Minister: Christ, have mercy
All: Christ, have mercy
For selfishness in prayer, and our carelessness in worship
Minister: Lord, have mercy
All: Lord, have mercy
Minister: Here is good news for all who put their trust in Christ.
Jesus says: ‘Your sins are forgiven’
Minister: O Lord, open our lips
All and our mouth shall proclaim your praise
Minister Sing psalms, hymns and sacred songs
All: let us sing to God with thanksgiving in our hearts
Minister: Let everything you do or say be done in the name of the Lord
Jesus
All Giving thanks to God through Jesus Christ.
The Offering
After the offering is collected it may be brought forward.
The people stand as it is presented and say
Yours, Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the splendour, and the majesty; for everything in heaven and on earth is yours. All things come from you, and of your own do we give you.

The wise man
The wise man built his
house upon the rock,
The wise man built his house upon the rock,
The wise man built his house upon the rock,
and the rain came tumbling down.
And the rain came down and the floods came up,
the rain came down and the floods came up,
the rain came down and the floods came up,
and the house on the rock stood firm.
The foolish man built his house upon the sand,
The foolish man built his house upon the sand,
The foolish man built his house upon the sand,
and the rain came tumbling down.
And the rain came down and the floods came up,
the rain came down and the floods came up,
the rain came down and the floods came up,
and the house on the sand fell flat.

How great thou art 506 Mission Praise
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy
name,
thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever. Amen.

The Blessing
God grant to the living grace, to the departed rest, to the Church, The Queen, the Commonwealth and all people, peace and concord, and to us and all his servants life everlasting, and the blessing of God Almighty, Father, Son and Holy Spirit be with you all evermore. Amen
We say to each other
Go forth into the world in peace, be of good courage, hold fast that which is good, render to no-one evil for evil, strengthen the faint- hearted, support the weak, help the afflicted, honour all people.
